Join us for an intimate evening at SZNL Chicago as we gather for Beyond Blasian—a private, immersive celebration honoring the intersection of Black and Asian identities through art, dialogue, food, and performance.
Rooted in SZNL’s Belonging Pillar, this intentional gathering creates space for healing, storytelling, and solidarity—amplifying the voices, histories, and creative contributions of both communities while exploring what it means to belong across cultures.
Through live panel discussions, interactive language experiences, and multidisciplinary art demonstrations—guests will experience a night centered on connection, representation, and collective healing. Conversations will explore diaspora, mental health, preventative care, social belonging, and cultural storytelling, while performances and artist talks bring these themes to life.
